Walking to supervisors after receiving an injury to his thumb

What happened

Employee pinched thumb between the KALFAS cover and surface while closing it. This resulted in the thumb nail being damaged. Subsequently the employee passed out from the sight of the blood struck his head on the floor the employee then suffered a seizure as a result of the head injury. Treated by medical provider and cleared for work. Employee was taken to ER required 6 staples
