I dont know how employee hurt shoulder. First he said it was not work related he signed a sheet saying it was not work related now he is saying it is work related. He went to his Dr and his Dr said he should be off 6 weeks we sent him to our Dr and our Dr said to be off 3-4 weeks with rehab
