What happened

I was working with a stroke patient with Occupational Therapist. I had assisted her with bed mobility rolling sitting balance activities. [REDACTED] had significant L sided weakness & was obese. [REDACTED] I felt L sided pain in my back. Was a twinge but later got worse. I took heat pain meds & made it through the day.
