Normal Duties

Employee (EE) was walking through Diaphragm Department when they slipped and fell hitting right side of head in fall. Fall resulted in contact against a steel table with laceration bruise and know. Contact was inch plus from temple and could have resulted in more severe injury. EE stated they were okay but a co-worker contacted the Lead and co-worker drove EE to Emergency Room (ER). Health Care Provider (HCP) visit resulted in (based on witness statement CT scan). ER HCP wrote EE out for 1-day. EE will return to work on [REDACTED] (scheduled OT).
