What happened

EE was trimming a prep for Bridgestone on the sleeve drum. The EE was holding a utility knife in his right hand and bracing the knife with his left. The blade got caught in the prep and the catching movement caused the EE left hand to be exposed (not wearing a glove) and the knife with force of the right hand came down and lacerated EE left index finger.
