At [REDACTED] I was at the computer keying in medication for pts. The pt in rm 284 A ([REDACTED]) came out of his room and asked for orange juice. Then he walked accross me to sit down when he suddenly took the water pitcher and threw at me and punching me on my Left face. I have water in my Left ear and my Left side of my face is burning me. I have skin tear to my Left ear too.
