He was standing on the west side of the tanks of Module 1 at the glycerin tank.

What happened

He passed some lines through the bull wheel and got his left hand arm pulled into the roller. Because he was at the left edge he was able to slide his arm out the side of the roller. At the same time because he was leaning over the track the roller of the cart pinched his stomach.
