EE was pulling a mono bungee rack loaded with 57 annealed glass and it ran over the back of his left ankle His foot was stuck under the cart He was walking in front of the cart The cart did not stop as quick as he expected and rolled forward over the back of his ankle causing his foot to band sharply at the arch
