Operator was reworking parts. The usual grip is to hold the tool lightly like a pencil to scrape weld balls off of parts.

What happened

The operator was reworking a large quantity of parts and developed pain in both wrists. Pain when gripping is worse the operator had been holding the tool and parts tighter than the should have been.
