dumping scrap hopper

What happened

Approximately [REDACTED] EE was dumping westside [REDACTED] scrap ([REDACTED] 45 finished goods) hopper outside into roll off 223 EE could not get the hopper to dump and called supervisor for assistance. Supervisor got on the hi-lo to lower the scrap hopper the side of the 223 scrap hopper to relieve some weight of the latch The 223 scrap hopper is proximately 8 feet in height. once the pressure was off of the latch EE used a push stick to try and push the latch open and felt a sharp pain on the top wrist area. The max weight for the hopper was 6000 pounds the actual weight was 4152 pounds after the hopper was dumped. EE went back to job duties. [REDACTED] the PIT driver ran out of propane and EE lifted propane tank off the hi-lo and felt the discomfort in the left wrist and contacted supervisor The injured EE mentioned that [REDACTED] while climbing up on the 30K hi-lo while pulling themselves up felt a pulling or stinging sensation in there left wrist. (this was unreported)
