On [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate called the call out log stating they have went to emergency room for a doctors note for hypertension and a muscle strain. The associate provided the note which states to return to work on [REDACTED]. The associate has informed the supervisor via text I think the lifting I was doing yesterday while in the other department put some strain on my back and right shoulder I had surgery a [REDACTED] on my shoulder. I overworked my muscles trying to help out. The site has reached out to the associate for further information.([REDACTED])
