What happened

Driver was going to tag some boxes in the back of the warehouse when he was walking and his feet got caught in the white box strap which resulted in the employee getting tripped and flipping over and landing on his left shoulder and collar bone area. All three loaders witnessed the incident and do not have their names at this time.
