Employee went to remove a component part from the rack of raw material and as they were taking the part out of the rack the top of the part hit the stop bar across the top of the rack causing the employee to mishandle the part and as a result the edge of the part made contact with the employees forearm causing a laceration due to the employee not having their protective sleeves on.
