EE was preparing to change out the film for [REDACTED] 1. EE used a hand tool that is inserted to the middle of the film to lay film down to get ready to insert into [REDACTED]. When employee pulled on the hand tool to tilt the film the weight of the film caused the film to drop quickly to the floor. While holding onto the hand tool the dropping film pulled her arms straining her back.
