Tree removal

What happened

I was removing a birch tree with a lift and I was removing branches over the house using my handsaw and holding the branch. When the branch got cut free it was heavier than I expected and it yanked my arm down and I felt a stinging pain down my arm into my back. I finished the tree but then my back started to hurt really bad. Didn’t think much of it so I didn’t until the pain started to get really bad and making me nauseous.
