What happened

We had just fell a pine. I was by the tree grabbing brush to haul out. I went to step over brush and when I lifted my left foot my knee popped and locked up. Spent a couple of minutes gently moving my knee and massaging it. Eventually able to walk around again and drag brush but still sore and not doing well downhill.
