Before the incident

Employee was working on screws in the automation shop and replacing bearings There was a collection of bad bearing on work station so he decided to throw them in the little steel scrap bin that there is in the shop When EE wen around the corner of all the stainless sheet metal stacked up he tossed them in the bin and caught his left arm on a piece of sheet metal that was already cut EE received a laceration to his left elbow arm
