Taking material to maintenance shop.

What happened

Employee picked up a heavy piece of steel to load it on a cart to take to the maintenance shop. Injured employee was holding one end of it while the other employee put it on a cart. Once the full weight hit the cart it flipped and injured employee wasn 't able to remove hands away in time.
