EE was tapping drilling a hole
What happened
EE was drilling out a bolt out of an air cylinder. The air cylinder was in a vise. As EE was drilling the drill got caught on the bolt and the drill was jerked out of his hand. The caused the drill to hit EE in the head. This caused a gash just above his right eye. EE went to the ER to get 4 stitches put in.
