Before the incident

teammate was in pick tunnel 11. Was driving forks forward heading west to go 2 bays ahead. Teammate loss control of equipment and hit into racking. Inside right ankle hit against the single jack compartment causing some redness and soreness. Teammate declined first aid stating they would be fine. No damage to racking but some minor paint transfer. Teammate reported that the wheels have been turning abruptly. Equipment was locked out and is being inspected by maintenance.
