Got off high reach equipment to label pallet went to get back on equipment and was attempting to sit down.

Teammate got off of the high reach lift (73) to put the LPN on pallet for a REPLEN and while getting back onto the lift the TM started to sit down and the seat suddenly dropped. This caused a strain in the lower back and right knee.
