Per employee there was hydraulic fluid on the hangar floor. Difficult to see and they fell to the ground. Injured left foot left leg back tailbone right arm and right hand. Employee used their right arm to receive the impact. Employee was wearing steel toe slip resistant boots also clear safety glasses. They were experiencing burning sensation on right arm and back of neck.
