What happened

Sector leader was cutting boxes with a ceramic knife when she noticed that the blade was not cutting well (taking multiple strokes to cut through). She turned the ceramic blade around to expose the new sharp end and resumed cutting. When she took her first cut with the new blade she applied the same amount of pressure and the knife cut very quickly to her left hand holding the box and cut her left pointer finger. She was not wearing cut gloves.
