Before the incident

he employee was removing a heavy bag from the carousel that arrived on an international flight. While transporting the bag it fell forward as she was holding it. She reported that the bag weighed more than 50 pounds and that the sudden movement pulled and twisted her arm.

What happened

The employee was rushing to remove the bag and failed to use proper lifting techniques. Also they did not request assistance for a heavy bag contributing to the injury.
