Before the incident

Walking to gate area from ticket counter using the terminal transfer staircase. Agent was carrying [REDACTED] kit and gate bag. Though was not overfilled carrying items.

What happened

Agent was transiting from [REDACTED] area to [REDACTED] to work her flight. During transit she went through the SIDA access staircase that went upwards to the terminal area. While walking up the 2nd flight of stairs she tripped going upwards on the first 1 4 of the staircase. When she trip she fell forward her knee hit on the corner edge of a step and dropped her belongings in her hand.
