What happened

On the night of [REDACTED] while parking the final arriving aircraft at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] sustained an injury while attempting to open the aircraft door. As she pulled the door handle she experienced a loud pop in her upper shoulder area. Immediately following the incident she reported tingling in her left arm and nausea.
