What happened

[REDACTED] was offloading [REDACTED] and took a small but extremely heavy off the belt. [REDACTED] grabbed the bag with one bag on the top handle and one hand on the wheel of the bag. When he lifted he was not expecting it to be that heavy and in order to not drop the back twisted and threw it on to the bag cart. [REDACTED] now feels pain in his lower right back.
