What happened

EE reported to OSM that she had 3 bags behind and off to the side of her and as she placed bags 1 and 2 onto the baggage belt there was not issue but as she attempted to grab the 3rd. bag with her right hand she felt a sharp pain on her LEFT upper chest area near her arm pit. EE also reported that she felt a lump forming in the area and relayed pain as she moved back up to a straight standing position
