What happened

EE was on the aircraft prior to boarding. There was a bag in the last row seat that was partially in the aisle and she did not see it. As she was walking by her left foot caught the strap if the bag and she fell 2 rows forward and hit the left side of her head hit the plastic surrounding delta 1 seat and then she fell to the ground. This caused her to have a concussion.
