What happened

[REDACTED] WAS IN POSITION TO CONNECT TOW BAR 120584 (ALREADY CONNECTED) TO SHIP #3018 ON THE NORTH PAD. THE PUSHBACK TRACTOR DRIVER [REDACTED] WAS GOING IN [REDACTED] TO CONNECT AS WE NEEDED TO MAKE A LONG DISTANCE TOW. AS [REDACTED] WAS GOING IN [REDACTED] HE MADE CONTACT WITH THE TOWBAR CONNECTED TO THE AIRCRAFT. THE FORCE OF THE IMPACT CAUSED THE HEAD OF THE TOW BAR TO BREAK (WAS IN A 45 DEGREE POSITION) AND IT SWUNG OUT TO THE RIGHT. THE TOW BAR MADE CONTACT WITH [REDACTED] (LEFT) AND KNOCKED HIM DOWN TO THE GROUND.
