Cut on top of head due to tray of hot dog buns falling off the top of a stack about two feet and onto employees head. Shipment received from [REDACTED] where the trays were stacked too high. As a result of improperly stacked trays The employee was taking the stack out of the trailer and the top tray fell off and hit the employee in the head
