What happened

Employee from [REDACTED] (DKB) came to [REDACTED] facility [REDACTED] to inspect ingredients for bugs foreign material . Employee used non- company approved knife. Employee used the [REDACTED] award steak knife to cut into ingredient bags. As the employee was cutting into the ingredient bags using the knife the employee bumped into a nearby tote and the knife came in contact with her hip abdomen area. Self inflicted wound. 1 inch wide laceration.
