Before the incident

I was directed to park in a specific spot while the parking lot was being plowed. I parked my vehicle as directed.

What happened

I stepped out of my truck as soon as my feet touched the pavement they slipped out in front of me and I fell backward landing on my backside. The man directing the parking had to help me up and then he called Security to come drive me to the building.
