Employee [REDACTED] was working on the 4th floor installing metal duct work. [REDACTED] was using self tapping screws and an electric drill to connect two pieces of snap-lock pipe directly over his head. When he screwed into the pipe a piece of debris fell into his right eye. [REDACTED] stated that he was wearing safety glasses and a full brim hard hat.
