Employee was working on the third floor in the A area. He was bent over picking up a pieceof ducting. There was framing work being done in the area approximately 10 feet away from where the employee was. A 13 ' piece of metal framing stud which was not secured at the top fell over striking the employee on his head. The employee was wearing his hardhat.
