Who? Reliability Tech A What? Tech was walking to help out other maintenance techs and slipped in oil that was leaking from a gearbox and hit his left pinkie on a pipe. When? [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] approx time Where? SPC Extrusion line 8 at the extruder on the side closest to SPC batching tower. Why? Previous gearbox was changed out and the oil either came from that or when they filled up the new one with oil. It is not in the typical operator path where people would be.
