What happened

An employee was using a cutting torch and a spark fell into the EE 's pocket. The jacket that she was wearing was not made of FR material and as such the EE 's jacket began smoldering and eventually caused a thermal burn (Approximately 2-3inches) on the EE 's abdomen.
