Before the incident

On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] CHS Group Lead injured himself. Lead was removing sash with broken glass and placing it on Broken glass cart after placing it on cart a broken piece of glass was slightly sticking out from cart which caused a laceration on the shin of his left leg as he walked away. He notified his manager and received first aid treatment for the cut.; ; Later on the evening of [REDACTED] the injured employee contacted his manager stating that he would like his cut to be further evaluated by a medical professional. A call was placed into Medcor and follow up recommendation was made to have the cut evaluated by the Concentra medical clinic.
