What happened

Employee made a splice and was moving quickly towards platform to check trim knives. The employee was entering platform via steps and their foot made contact with the bottom step causing them to fall forward onto the platform. The employee used their arms to brace causing their left arm to take the fall. After a [REDACTED] swelling went from their elbow to their wrist. After seeking treatment it was determined that the employee had torn their tricep.
