What happened

EE stated that his right shoulder had been hurting for a few weeks but he was able to still go the the gym. When he was transferring a resident with another staff member the residents legs gave out. The EE was able to get the tesident on the bed safely. The EE’s right shoulder started hurting right after. Nurse evaluated and sent EE to Redicare.
