Before the incident

EE was walking down the A-frame as another EE#2 was transferring an empty frame from the tables to the A-frame and as he pushed the empty window frame onto the A-frame he let go of it before it was leaning against the A-frame and it fell over striking EE#1 on the right side of his head resulting in minor swelling and tenderness to the right partial scalp. Medcor was called and they recommended the EE seek medical evaluation within 2 hours (Ref#270-193-47). EE was seen at the ER and released without restrictions. CORRECTION: EE was given 1 day off of work.
