Before the incident

EE states that they were working that sash prep area on Door line operating the drill press. While beginning to operate EE reports the drill bit had fallen out of the chuck and needed to be place back in. EE states as he was using his left hand to manually tighten the bit into place he felt a sudden discomfort in his wrist. EE reported incident to his supervisor and taken to the training room for evaluation and documentation. EE refused calling Medcor or using FFW options and requested to be seen by an MD. EE stated he was feeling less discomfort after paperwork was completed but still wished to be seen by a MD so EE was sent for further evaluation by an MD.
