Before the incident

EE states on [REDACTED] he was moving a window to a trailer with another team member he stepped off the loading platform and bent his knee awkwardly. EE was at the front of the window pulling and did not realize his foot placement was off. EE started to feel more discomfort the [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) and reported the incident to his supervisor. EE was brought to the training room for first aid and documentation. Medcor (Ref#26947866) was called and self-care was recommended. EE went to see his PCP on his own for treatment on [REDACTED] which he later reported on [REDACTED].
