Before the incident

EE was working the A-Frame of the doorline to install sashes. After installing a sash it was found the bar needing adjusting for proper fitment. Another EE who was a newer employee held the sash open for adjustment and the sash slipped loose falling onto the first [REDACTED] arm while he was adjusting the bar. The door was about 30-40 pounds and closed moving less than 2 feet. The incident was immediately reported and the EE brought to the training center for evaluation by the group manager. Medcor was called and self-care was recommended.; ; Updated [REDACTED] to reflect proper location in the department and nature of the incident and injury.; ; [REDACTED]: EE complained that he still had muscle discomfort in his right forearm and wanted it checked by the doctor.
