Before the incident
EE stated he was helping to find a IGU for the line by checking tags he received a small cut to his right palm from a piece of broken glass. EE states while leaning over to read a tag he rested his palm on a [REDACTED] cart for support and did not see a piece of glass imbedded in the wood of the cart. The glass cut though his glove (Cut 6 not Cut 7 for glass) causing approximately a quarter inch cut to the palm. EE reported to a manager on the floor who brought him to the training room for first aid and documentation. The EE was treated but had some decreased ROM in both his pinky and ring finger so Medcor was called (REF#2684824) recommending he seek treatment. EE was sent out for further treatment and evaluation.
