What happened

The employee stepped on and off conveyor belt to scan material in. When stepping off of the conveyor the employee came down on top of an air hose laying on the floor. His foot rolled and he said his ankle popped. (ProVia Responder) alerted safety and called an ambulance after [REDACTED] passed out (fainted).
