EE notified EHS of some soreness associated with Left shoulder early in [REDACTED]. JW [REDACTED] utilized job rotations to help avoid overuse and repetitive illness injuries. EE is a painter in the Pre-Finish spray booth and screens dept. EE followed up with EHS to say that they thought they would see a medical professional to have their shoulder looked at as it has not improved. EE was seen on [REDACTED] and released to work with restrictions. Attached. [REDACTED] - EE released full duty without restrictions.
