Labeling buns and serving guests at the bakery counter.

What happened

Employee was viewable on camera and reported she was lifting a tray of bakery buns from the lower rack of the baking rack. Employee was seen on camera reaching for the rack- she did not bend her knees. she grabbed the pan of bun and located them to a cart to be labeled. Then she grabbed her right side in the rib area. Weight of tray with buns is estimated at 2 3lbs. [REDACTED] stated to me that she thinks her rib is broken she knows what a broken rib feels like
