First arrived at work was walking downstairs to begin shift.

Loss Balance walking down breakroom staircase- rolled left ankle fell to side- caught be [REDACTED] to prevent falling further. Was wearing slip resistant full coverage shoes. Employee was Dry- with slip resistant tack on them- EE stated she loss balance- EE is in her third trimester of pregnancy- did not report concern for injury to other body parts- only ankle.
