What happened

Employee was carrying a metal shelf from the base of the stairs up to the compressor room above dairyfrozen coolers. At the base of the stairs- [REDACTED] picked the up the metal shelf horizontally. Picking up each side with either hand. When lifting the shelf to carry it up the stairs- [REDACTED] 's right shoulder popped- causing a consistent sharp pain in his shoulder.
